It was a hectic week although we had a holiday yesterday. The holiday was supposed to be on the 21st but it was moved. You know there is a disadvantage about the government moving dates of holidays in par with their actual date to allow a longer days of rest for employees. Our young generation would fall into confusion as to when the actual date of a significant event would be. I just hope Christmas and New Year wouldnt be move in the future I just finished with my last major repair for my car.

I finally decided to give my car a total overhaul to give it a longer life span but the disadvantage is my pile up of bills but so far everything is manageable.Well its a weekend here and its a good time to relax. Although I cant because I still have to finish a web project that is pro bono in nature. Have to finish the templates and transfer them to a disk for file transfer. But i am half way through it and hopefully get to work on my next project by the end of this month.

That was a quick weekend but I was able to get some needed rest. Saturday was hell. I was suppose to hit the sack when friends started to drop by the house at around 9pm … i was really looking forward to hitting the sack early but I ended up sleeping at 3 in the morning but I needed to help my friend finish some print designs.Our band was supposed to have our first rehearsal during the weekend but somehow people were busy and couldnt make it to the practice.

I was a little happy because I got to take the needed rest and recharge I need during the sunday … Somehow I am a little confused if we can still pull this thing together and get the band on the road. Honestly i really dont have that drive anymore. Just the mere thought of going through the rehearsal schedules is driving me to be hopeless. But I agree, based on experience, it is usually the first rehearsal thats very difficult to organize but once the band gets together for the practice, things would run smooth … hopefully.

This is somehow a confusing moment for me because I have longed said farewell to this kind of thing, I mean playing with a band and doing gigs and again it comes back knocking at my door. I dont know if I can make it happen this time. I havent totally given up on music. I still do play but basically for my own consumption and for those who would want to listen but going back to playing with a band somehow has become quite difficult for me right now.
